Skills Required

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS & Mac authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.

Coordinate and execute remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and restore service to PCs & notebooks with authorized access to network.

Responding to user tickets.

Contacting users to find out the nature of the problem.

Proven work experience as Apple MAC Technician or similar role etc.

Hands on with MAC Deployment Services like JAMF or Airwatch.

Hands-on experience With Microsoft Intune deployment and management.

Hands-on experience with All MAC Operating Systems environments for troubleshooting.

Good understanding of scripting for Mac devices.

Good understanding of Encryption and Antivirus application for Apple devices and other tech products.
