Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
Cold call into companies and identify who the key manager to sell our service to is, specific to Information Technology Industry

Build rapport with manager and see if there is a need today or in the future

Maintain a database of quality hiring managers, and have the ability to follow up on a regular basis

Gather leads that will help build database of clients either through social media or networking

The ability to think outside the box in order to get new clients or close deals

Negotiate bill rates with clients
