Job Description

The responsibilities include but not limited:
• Understanding client hiring needs / requirements.
• Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, networking, references and head hunting.
• Sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Screening, Negotiations, Interview scheduling, follow up.
• Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews.
• Coordinate with Accounts managers to close the positions.
• Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting work flow in the US IT Domain.
• Must bring prior expertise on W-2 contracts & contract to hire placements, any experience with C2C would be bonus.
• Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, H1-B and EAD professionals nationwide
• Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies
• Must possess excellent command on IT Infrastructure, Networking, Storage related technologies.
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills
• Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess candidate’s capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals.
• Multitasking ability with strong time management and organization skills.
• Must have excellent Boolean search skills as well as cold calling abilities.

Resource Manager

Skills Required

Experience in a position that is focused on IT staffing resources for specific projects

Client Service focus and solution orientation with a sense of urgency

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office356 and Excel.

Must be able to manage and resolve complex situations while maintaining a team culture that has a high level of responsiveness to its customers.

Unsurpassed professionalism, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to quickly grasp the complexities of the different services area/departments.

Must be able to wear “all hats” related to recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or related experience

NOC Technical Team Lead

Experience Required

At least three years of NOC Engineer experience

Skills Required

At least three years of NOC Engineer experience

Multiple certifications in administration of the existing event management system – Logic Monitor – LMCA/LMCP/LMCD

Operation experience in multiple technologies, including any of the following:

Window Server administration: Exchange, Active Directory, Server 2008 and 2012

O365 Admin

Unix/Linux Server administration

Backup administration

Basic knowledge of storage systems (EMC, IBM, Hitachi, etc)

Clustering solutions: Citrix, VMware, etc

Execute basic queries and administrative tasks for MS SQL, helpful

Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications

Experience working with an ITIL based ticketing system tool – Service Now helpful

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; be adept at communicating with all levels of technical and non-technical people

Ability to understand the Customer’s business objectives

Ability to work independently and execute tasks/troubleshoot with a sense of urgency

Patching Lead

Experience RequiredMin 5 years

Skills Required

Role is to provide security and compliance patching

Be accountable for patches across Windows & Linux servers and Windows workstation environment

Improve existing procedures for managing patches across all Windows infrastructure, including patch evaluation, severity ranking, risk analysis, prioritization, deployment, follow-up, and issue remediation

Document, implement and prioritize patches throughout the environment

Review patching progress against Nexpose reports

Verification of security vulnerabilities and patches as well as performing deep dive and impact analysis into failed patch deployments

Tools : SCCM, WSUS, Ivanti LANDESK, Kaseya, Dell Kace & Datto RMM, BigFix – any two of the tools knowledge
